**Surely Shirts Return Policy**

At Surely Shirts, we strive to provide you with the highest quality t-shirts and the best customer experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
   - You may return or exchange your item(s) for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   - The item(s) must be in their original condition and unwashed.
   - Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Return Options:

Customers unhappy with their Surely Shirts product for any reason have two options: 
   - Exchange: You can exchange the item for another in our store of equal or lesser value (if a lesser value item is chosen, the difference will be refunded to the customer).
   - Refund: You can receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item within 5-7 business days of our reception of said item(s).

3. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at surelyshirts@gmail.com with the subject line "RETURN", your order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
   - Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
   - Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) and include all paperwork and accessories. 

4. Return Shipping:
   - Surely Shirts will cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns and exchanges.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Processing Refunds and Exchanges:
   - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
   - Exchanges will be processed and the new item(s) shipped within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
   - Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
   - Items marked as final sale.
